AssociatesOur financial representatives are the face of our organization. They not only represent the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, but they also represent the best interests of their clients. We are proud of their accomplishments, share in their enthusiasm and drive, and help motivate them to achieve the highest level of excellence. Jesse BargeFinancial Representative Jesse Barge joined the Network as a financial representative intern in January 2008 and became a full-time financial representative in June of the same year. Jesse has achieved Northwestern Mutual's Power of Ten, Target 20 and Pacesettere 1st 40 awards. Jeff BruneFinancial Representative Jeff joined the Network in 2007 and specializes in personal needs analysis, business needs analysis, and business succession. Jeff states his mission as: “Design customized solutions that are responsive to my clients' goals and objectives, using an appropriate combination of products that enable them to achieve their objectives and that protect them in the event of certain life contingencies.” Jeff has achieved Pacesetter 1st 40, Pacesetter 2nd 60, Centurion, Bronze Award, Ruby Award, and is a member of the 100 Lives Club. Jeff is very active in his community and church, and was chosen as 40 Under 40 Top Professionals in Southeast Missouri. Robert CaudelFinancial Representative Robert DiehlFinancial Representative T Ronald Hahs, CLU®, CICFinancial Representative In 1964, Ron Hahs graduated from college with a degree in education – and immediately put his love of teaching and learning to work for the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. He started as a Financial Representative in the Cape Girardeau office founded by his uncle, Luther Hahs. Ron became Managing Director of The Hahs Group in 1974 and served in management until 2008. Over the years he has earned numerous awards and honors. Ron Hahs also advanced his own education, earning the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant professional designations. Ron specializes in retirement planning, personal needs analysis, and charitable giving. "Faith and service above self" is the guiding principal of Ron’s life, professional and personal. He and his wife, Beverly Hahs, have been married 26 years. They have four children, Brian, Christy, Lance and Bethany, and nine grandchildren. Ron Hahs spent seven years in the Army National Guard, where he was a first lieutenant. Since 1975 he has taught principles of insurance at Southeast Missouri State University. Clayton HahsFinancial Representative Clayton joined the Network in June 2008. Dwayne C Lorenz, CLU®, ChFC®Field Director Dwayne joined Northwestern Mutual in 1969 and has earned the following Network recognition: National Quality Award (1971-1972, 1974, 1976-2005), National Sales Achievement Award (1972-1990, 1996, 1998, 2005), Million Dollar Round Table Life Member 1982, 1985-1994, Million Dollar Round Table Qualifying/Life Member 1980-1981, 1983-1984 and Million Dollar Round Table Qualifying Member 1976-1979, 75 Lives club and Marathonian. Dwayne specializes in personal and business needs analysis, asset and income protection and retirement solutions. Nathan Matthew LorenzFinancial Representative Nathan joined the Hahs Group as a college intern in 1997. In 1999, he became a full-time Financial Representative. Nathan received the National Quality Award in 2002-2003. Joe Mc KeonFinancial Representative Joe’s goal is to continue to give exceptional long term service to his clients after they’ve purchased the products that fulfill their needs and meet their budgets. Joe is a member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the American Society of Chartered Life Underwriters, and is Joe joined Northwestern Mutual in 1980, and has earned the National Quality Award (1982-2005) and Life Underwriter of the Year awarded by the Cape Girardeau Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Joe specializes in working with small business owners and assisting with their business, personal, retirement and estate analysis needs.
